WHOLESALE AGREEMENT

M-TAC UNITED STATES DEALER TERMS AND CONDITIONS 


This agreement signifies the beginning of a promising partnership between M-TAC and your esteemed business or other needs. We are honored to have the opportunity to cooperate with you and support your business and goals.

M-Tac agrees to sell, and Retailer agrees to purchase the products in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Before you can view our web catalog and pricing, you need to complete a short registration, provide your EIN/ITIN number, and get approved.

In case you are acting as an owner, agent, or representative of a currently valid retail business, provide us with a tax-exempt resale certificate.
Placing Orders:

  • You may submit your orders by email or web;
  • To submit your order by email, please contact us at info@m-tac.us.

Minimum Order Value:

  • For new dealers, the initial minimum order value is $500;
  • Each subsequent minimum order value is $300. If the minimum order value of $300 is not met, a handling charge of $50 will apply;
  • Prices on products are subject to change at any time.

Shipping:

  • We do not ship international orders, domestic U.S. only; the exception may be orders from Canada and Mexico, but all conditions are individual. Contact us by email for more details.
  • We provide delivery services. Prices and delivery times for orders will be provided in the invoice after order confirmation;
  • The option to replace our standard delivery service with your carrier is available. Let us know your decision before paying the invoice.
  • We are not liable for any undelivered items due to an incorrect delivery address provided in the order.


 Resale on Amazon

  • The retailer agrees not to sell M-TAC products on the Amazon marketplace. M-TAC strictly enforces this policy and may suspend all pending orders from retailers immediately if they violate it.

Limited Warranty Policy Limitations

(Claims & Returns):

  • No returns will be accepted without authorization. RMA# is required;
  • Claims for any damaged or defective goods must be made within 15 days upon receiving the goods, the same applies to the incorrect number of units received;
  • Defective goods must be received within 15 days after the RMA# was issued;
  • Return of overstock or unwanted items are subject to a 30% restocking fee with freight prepaid;
  • Replaced products are covered for the remainder of the original warranty;
  • All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original invoice from an authorized dealer. To make a warranty claim, the End User must return the item to the original Authorized M-Tac Dealer where the item was purchased.
