Product Warranty

M-Tac warrants all products will be covered for 90 days from date-of-purchase against defects in material or workmanship. The apparel & accessories warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and material through time, exposure or extensive use. Also, our warranty becomes null and void on ANY garment washed in, or exposed to, hot water, ironing, or placed in a dryer. The way the product is used directly impacts the wearable/useable life of the product, as materials will deteriorate and fade over time and parts will wear out.

Limited Warranty Policy Limitations

(Claims & Returns):

  • No returns will be accepted without authorization. RMA# is required;
  • Claims for any damaged or defective goods must be made within 10 days upon receiving the goods;
  • Defective goods must be received within 10 days after the RMA# was issued;
  • Return of overstock or unwanted items are subject to a 30% restocking fee with freight prepaid;
  • Replaced products are covered for the remainder of the original warranty;
  • All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt from an authorized dealer.

To make a warranty claim, the End User must return the item to the original Authorized M-Tac Dealer where the item was purchased. The next step is for the Dealer to follow the steps above for procedures to request warranty coverage.
